Explore the Trim Levels on the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek

The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek is a sporty and impressive SUV. This athletic vehicle comes with a wide range f advanced features to help fit everyone's lifestyle. This year, there are several trim levels to choose from. Here is a look at the different trim levels to help you decide which model would be best for you.



Convenience Trim (Base Model)


The convenience trim may be just the base model, but it still comes with a wide range of special features. In fact, this trim offers more advanced features than any other base model vehicle in its class.


The exterior is offered in five different colours and features black fenders and a sporty bumper. This trim also comes with 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels for a bold and sporty look.


On the inside, you will find a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment display that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is also an automatic climate control system to ensure that every occupant of the vehicle is comfortable.


Under the hood, the base model comes with a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine that delivers 152 horsepower and 145 lb.-ft of torque. The engine comes standard with a manual 6-speed transmission, but you can get the available continuously variable transmission.


This trim level also offers the EyeSight package. With this package, drivers can enjoy a suite of driver-assist technologies including pre-collision brake assist, adaptive cruise control, lead vehicle start alert, pre-collision braking, lane sway warning, lane centring assist, lane departure warning, and a pre-collision throttle management system.



Touring Trim


This trim level offers everything that the base model offers, plus a few extras. For example, the exterior features LED headlights and fog lamps. There are also heated side mirrors to help you clearly see behind the vehicle on the cold, winter days.


The interior features several more luxurious features including a leather-wrapped steering wheel and heated front seats. This retrim offers the same touchscreen infotainment display, but it also adds two USB ports and a six-speaker audio system.


The same engine is also used on this trim. Drivers can also choose between a 6-speed manual transmission or the available CVT. If drivers choose the CVT, they will also be able to enjoy the EyeSight System.



Outdoor Trim


This trim adds two new exterior colour options: Plasma Yellow Pear and Pure Red.


There is also a wide range of standard high-tech features. The EyeSight Driver Assist Technology system comes standard as well as a front view camera and Subaru's rear/side vehicle detection system. Dual-mode X-Mode also comes standard as well as hill descent control and Si-Drive.



Sport Trim


The Sport gets a new interior and exterior design features.


The interior features a large 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There are also dual USB charging ports for rear passengers as well as a push-button start ignition and a power sunroof.


The exterior features a new Sport fender, 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with a dark grey finish, gunmetal-painted side mirrors, and a new black Sport grille.


Under the hood, there is a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine that is paired to a CVT and delivers 182 horsepower and 176 lb.-ft of torque.



Limited Trim


The Limited comes standard with the more powerful 2.5-litre engine with CVT. It also comes standard with the EyeSight Driver-Assist Technologies. Other standard features include the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, power sunroof, heated seats, and push-button start ignition. The Limited trim also offers larger 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels.
